DJ Studio hire:
1. Booking & Payment
Full Payment: All bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking via online booking system or by phone.
Overtime: Staying past your booked slot will result in charges in 30-minute increments.
2. Smoking & Vaping Policy (STRICT)
No Smoking/Vaping: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited anywhere inside the studio rooms.
Fire Alarms: The studio is equipped with high-sensitivity smoke and heat detectors. Vaping or smoking will immediately trigger the fire alarm. If the fire alarm is triggered due to a breach of this policy, the session will be terminated immediately without a refund.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Notice Period: 24-hour notice is required for a full refund or rescheduling of the session.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable or can not be rescheduled.
4. Studio Rules & Equipment
Damage Liability: The hirer is 100% liable for any damage to equipment (CDJs, mixers, monitors) or the premises. Repairs are charged at full market value.
Liquids: Strictly no drinks or liquids near the equipment.
Capacity: A maximum of 3 people are allowed per booking.
5. Conduct & Sobriety (Right to Refuse Service)
Zero Tolerance: BAD Studios maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding illegal drug use or excessive intoxication on the premises.
Staff Discretion: If a member of staff deems, in their absolute discretion, that a client or their guest is under the influence of drugs or alcohol to a degree that poses a risk to themselves, the staff, or the studio equipment, we reserve the right to refuse entry or terminate the session immediately.
No Refund: In the event of a session being cancelled or terminated due to sobriety concerns, no refund or credit will be issued.
6. Liability & Safety
Personal Property: BAD Studios is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Hearing Safety: Hirers use the equipment at their own risk regarding volume levels and hearing protection.
DJ and Music Production Courses:
ACCEPTANCE
These Terms & Conditions will describe general rules applied through our Courses. By visiting our website the clients (Users) are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to the Terms and Conditions.
Sessions with instructor
Courses are divided into sessions. The length of each individual session is 2 hours, unless agreed differently; the client has the right to use the session in its full length. The session is being taught on one-to-one basis. The client can take a course at his or her own pace.
HEALTH & SAFETY
We aim to create a pleasant and safe environment for the clients; our tutors will act in the most professional manner ensuring the health & safety of the clients. We will refuse to teach or hire the studio to any client under the influence of alcohol or drugs. We may cancel the course or session without a prior notice if the client abuses the equipment and/or the tutor; the deposit and/or the fee will not be refunded in this case.
EQUIPMENT
We require of our clients to treat the equipment with caution and according to tutor's instruction. Any intentional breakage or damage caused by the client will have to be covered for by the client. It is our obligation to keep the equipment up to the standards for every session.
DEPOSIT
When enrolling into the Full DJ Course, the client will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit equal to last sessions fee. The deposit will have to be paid during the first session of the course together with the first session fee. In an event of cancellation or student’s absence without prior notification for 30 consecutive days BAD Studios has the right to cancel the course and keep the deposit.
ATTENDANCE & CANCELATION
BAD Studios is obliged to provide the client with a flexible attendance schedule, however our course works on an availability basis and we cannot guarantee a same day booking or any booking for a specific time and date. The client must inform the tutor about his or her intention to cancel a session at least 24 hours prior to the session. If given less notice there is cancellation fee of £35. In case of multiple cancellations, we may cancel the entire course with a prior warning.
FEES
The fees are to be paid in Pound Sterling; BAD Studios is entitled to change the prices with prior notification.
COPYRIGHT
The logo, graphic, visuals, textual information is intellectual property of BAD Studios and cannot be used or distributed without a prior written consent.
PRIVACY
We are obliged to keep the personal data of our clients safe and not to share the information of our clients with any third parties.
