About Me

I’m an Architect working full time in London since 2004, love doing any kind of sports and travelling as much as I can. Who doesn’t? I’ve always had a certain passion for music and the social aspect of life, and spent much of my youth in the rave scene. I’ve had the chance to see some of the great DJ’s live such as Mauro Picotto, Timo Mass, John Digweed, and Sasha. When I was 21 I had my first taste of DJ’ing. It was at a party with all my friends at the beach house in Peru. I was one of the 2 Dj’s at that party... The music always meant more to me than the social scene. It’s just taken me a while to understand exactly what it was that fascinated me. Since I began DJ’ing, I’ve realised that the musical journey for me lies in the connections between the songs, rather than in the song itself. A single song can be enhanced if it’s mixed correctly, and for me, that is the art of DJ’ing. In architectural terms, a building will have more meaning if built in the right context. If not, it will be far less appreciated. The same applies to a set. A good DJ knows his crowd and has the ability to take them on an exhilarating journey. And this is what I’ll be striving for!

about bad studios
